Q. Why should I book using this website?

Q. How do I secure a booking?

A. All bookings are secured by verified credit card, please note there is a $300 cash bond if you do not have a credit card.

Q. What happens if I am arriving late?

A. We have a 24 hours check in kiosk adjacent to our reception. If you are pre-booked the kiosk will dispense your key. If you have no booking, follow the prompts and the kiosk will book you in to an available room.

Q. Do you have free WIFI?

A. Yes, high speed WIFI is available in all rooms free of charge, as well as plug in broadband.

Q. Do you have Foxtel?

A. Over 100 Foxtel Channels are available in all rooms as well as access to Netflix, Stan streamed from your own devices or simply input your username and password. Foxtel on Demand gives you access to over 1200 movies.

Q. How close are you to town?

A. It’s literally a one-minute walk to the main street, less than one block. Hotels, restaurants and shopping centres are at your doorstep.

Q. Do you have free parking?

A. Yes, every room has free onsite parking.

Q. Do you have breakfast?

A. We provide complimentary barista coffee in the foyer. There are several options for breakfast within easy walking distance. We also sell breakfast packs to be consumed in the privacy of your room.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. 24 hours prior to 2pm on the arrival date excluding non-cancellable bookings for groups, special events or holiday period. For cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
